I vividly recall the way smug, condescending Hollywood leftists openly mocked Director John Milius’ epic film, “Red Dawn” when it hit American movie screens in 1984.
They screeched in unison, “It’s nonsense! It can’t happen! It’s nothing more than a crazed right winger’s fantasy! It’s complete fiction,” etc

Right now, Ukraine’s beleaguered President is calling-up all military reserves.
He is reversing decades of ill-conceived anti-gun policy and mandating the issuance of small arms to all
Ukrainian adults, in many cases replacing wooden props (because their politicians, like ours, didn’t trust their own citizens with guns). These same citizens are now expected to fight and die protecting these same politicians who never trusted them!
By golly, “Red Dawn” is all too real!
Yet, Democrats here continue to elect amoral, incompetent, ever-sleazy Marxist politicians and then foolishly expect them to be courageous, dynamic, honorable leaders when dangerous winds blow.
In 2022, “Red Dawn” has arrived in Europe, and it’s not as if we had no warning!

As always, John cuts right to the core. Yea, I’m hear in Hawaii, but when it comes, oit will come for all of us. Taiwan, and South Korea can be next. We have no leadership, no military strength, and very little resolve. We’re still deciding proper pronouns. We’re frelled.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but: Anytime someone who is not a blood relative tells your child, “You can’t tell your parents about this” that should be an immediate red flag.
Your child should immediately be removed from that person’s influence, and that person should be driven from their position of power.
Yes, I am talking about teachers. And doctors. And priests. And nurses. And politicians. And police.
There can be an innocent reason for a blood relative to want parents not to know about a forbidden movie, or a dessert, or a range trip, or a thrill ride, or any number of other things.
There can also be terrible reasons for blood relatives to want parents not to know, but those aren’t the point of this post.
THERE IS NEVER A GOOD, VALID REASON FOR A CONTRACTED EMPLOYEE OR PUBLIC SERVANT TO WANT YOUR CHILDREN NOT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING. NEVER.
People who request that of your children are a threat, and your children are not safe in their presence.
Period. Full stop. End of story.
