Friday, Yeeeyyy. About Time.

Do right nobody remembers; Do wrong, nobody forgets.

Let’em do their job: Law enforcement officials in Arizona said Friday that an operation targeting sexual predators yielded 34 arrests. The multi-agency effort, dubbed “Operation Broken Hearts,” focused on predators who are alleged to have committed sex crimes or human trafficking. Uncle Joe wants to stop ICE and boarder enforcement.

Just ask AOC: On Monday, February 15th, 84-year old Mary Gee reportedly lost power in her northeast Houston apartment. It is believed that Mary Gee froze to death sometime in the overnight hours, and according to her family, they discovered her body, along with the police the following morning. As if that weren’t enough, less than one day after Gee’s body was found, robbers reportedly broke into the Northshore Meadows apartment complex and took off with the elderly woman’s belongings. According to her family, the thieves grabbed Gee’s television, stereo, phone and her son’s army badges. And it’s all because Texas isn’t “green” enough.

It is a crime: On January 6th, 2021, Ashli Elizabeth Babbitt was executed by a Capitol Police Officer who seemed to hold no restraint. 50 days later, the Capitol Police Officer responsible has been identified in photos before and during the shooting. The Police Lieutenant’s name is being withheld from Ashli Babbitt’s attorneys. What happened to “the people’s right to know”? The officers name sure seems to come out quick enough for Antifa/BLM. Hell, they get the name, home address, kids names, and what the officer had for lunch three weeks ago last Tuesday. But Ashli’s attorneys can’t get the name. Justice for some, but not all.

Keep reaching higher: In what appears to be a new record for extreme DUI, a motorist’s blood alcohol content was measured at .77–more than nine times the legal limit–after he crashed his car following a short police chase Friday afternoon, Oregon cops report. According to investigators, the driver–who has not been named pending the filing of criminal charges–was involved in a hit-and-run in Madras, a city 125 miles southeast of Portland. The driver was subsequently transported to a local hospital for a medical evaluation. A blood sample taken from the suspect was tested and showed his blood alcohol was .778. The state’s legal limit is .08. Previously, the highest BACs reported in these pages were the .72 recorded by an Oregon woman in 2007 and the .708 recorded by a South Dakota woman in 2009.

Innocent until proven: Joy Behar quipped to her co-hosts Tuesday on ABC’s “The View” that she couldn’t “wait to see” attorney general nominee Merrick Garland, once confirmed, indict Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) for being “part of the insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. To hell with evidence;”Let’s give the guilty sob a fair trial and then take him out and hang ’em.”

Going to Hilo for the weekend. Got some serious Irish whiskey and music. Stay Safe.
