New Week, New Motes

I’m not letting you ruin my day. I got up this morning, you’re too late.

No really: Can’t wait to hear the challenging questions and comments the press make to the Biden spokesperson, Jen Psaki. Previously, she served as the Spokesperson for the United States Department of State and held various senior press and communications roles in the Obama White House, so she’s really ready for the tough ones. Her first presser included such hard demanding questions as;  will Joe Biden will keep “Trump’s Air Force One color scheme.” Wow, everyone wondered about that one. Nobody gives a damn about Hunter, China, and the election. Right?

Never would have guessed: For several years there has been an apparent feud between talk show Sean Hannity and actor Alec Baldwin. Baldwin often making belittling comments about Hannity’s working-class roots, and Hannity suggesting Baldwin is unbalanced. So, imagine my surprise to hear a recorded commercial, pumping Baldwin’s “pod cast”, on Hannity’s radio show. Humm, I wonder if Hannity knows.

Remember Ashli Babbitt. Remember her name, and ask who killed her?

Inauguration: Yes J-Lo, nothing says “unity” like making part of your speech, the Pledge of Allegiance, understandable by only 14% of the audience.

Mandate; Noun;1.an official order or commission to do something.

Explain please: How do “mandates” become law? If it is automatically a law, why do we still have all the restrictions on bills, committee hearings, and detailed legislative directives? Does the .gov now just issue a mandate, and it becomes a law? If it doesn’t become a law, how long is a “mandate” lawfully enforceable? Am I charged with violating a mandate, or a law? What does it take to “revoke” a mandate? Just asking.

Sad Good-bye: Hall of Fame legend and one-time MLB home run king Henry “Hank” Aaron, has died at the age of 86, according to CBS46 in Atlanta. One of the greatest baseball players of all time. He will be missed.
