Andrew Cuomo’s security detail got hot and heavy with one of New York’s first daughters — and was soon transferred to a post near the Canadian border. Trooper Dane Pfeiffer, 35, met Cara Kennedy-Cuomo, 25, through his job as one of her dad’s bodyguards, sources said. His removal from her dad’s protective detail was due to “the protocol of dignitary protection,” according to a law enforcement source familiar with the matter. Or “He was transferred to keep him away from the daughter because the governor didn’t like whatever they were doing,” a source familiar with the situation said. I know which way I’d bet.

Didn’t I just see this in “Birds of Prey”: A Russian oligarch, nicknamed The Sausage King, has been murdered with a crossbow, investigators say. Vladimir Marugov and his partner were in an outdoor sauna cabin when they were attacked, reportedly by two masked assailants. Detectives found the body of Mr Marugov, who owned some of Russia’s largest meat-processing plants, in the sauna with a crossbow next to it. Killed by a crossbow bolt. And in Quebec City, a “samurai” killed 2 and wounded 5 with his sword. “Last night we were thrust into a night of horror when a 24-year-old man who does not live in Quebec City came here with the clear intention of taking as many victims as possible.” See, gun control will stop murders.
