From “Way Up North” blog: (Caution, do not drink anything until you’ve finished)”I was in the McDonald’s drive-through this morning and the young lady behind me leaned on her horn because I was taking too long to place my order.
“Take the high road,” I thought to myself. So when I got to the first window I paid for her order along with my own.
The cashier must have told her what I’d done, because as we moved up she leaned out her window and waved to me and mouthed “Thank you”, obviously embarrassed that I had repaid her rudeness with a kindness.
When I got to the second window I showed them both receipts and took her food, too. Now she has to go back to the end of the line and start over. Don’t honk your horn at old people.”

And don’t PO E-bay: the Department of Justice charged six former executives at eBay with cyberstalking two tech reporters who were critical of the popular sales site. Wired reports the extreme lengths that executives at eBay took to silence and intimidate critics, including a sustained harassment campaign that included physical stalking, attempting to track the target’s car, sending dead animals and scary items to the home, and online threats of violence. Reading what these people did is horrifying and should be cause, to me, for violent reprisal.
Just Freaking wrong: In Massachusetts a 62 year-old veteran and long term care Caritas Communities resident was reported missing on May 13. He was found one month later, dead, in one of the buildings stairwells. ONE MONTH. Just so wrong. Nobody checks these stairwells? Security?
Just a reminder: There is no such thing as a “fair fight”. There are no winners or losers, there are just survivors. If someone attacks you or yours, destroy them as that’s what they plan on doing to you. Read the Project Veritas posts on Antifa and their mind set. Watch how the “protesters” continue to head kick and stomp, way after their target is down, barely moving, but certainly no threat. This is what is in store. Be aware, don’t get caught by a group, don’t seek confrontation but should it find you, destroy it and leave.
Father’s Day is Sunday: Let’s all send a card to Diego, the nearly 100-year-old Española tortoise, who copulated so much that he fathered around 800 offspring. That’s nearly 40% of the tortoise population on the island now.
Going to Hilo for the weekend and probably going to trip on some Rolling Rocks. Stay safe and enjoy the weekend.
