Not really: “Surprise” Michelle Obama documentary to hit NetFlix in May. Surprise to who?
We don’t need no stinkin’ evidence: Over the weekend, former ESPN personality and extreme left-wing writer Jemele Hill, criticized the NFL for allowing kicker Justin Rohrwasser, whom Hill claimed is a “white supremacist,” to be drafted while Colin Kaepernick remains unemployed.“For those scoring at home, a white supremacist found a job in the NFL, but Colin Kaepernick isn’t welcome.” Hill exploded on Twitter on Sunday. To date, no reporter has found any connection between Rohrwasser and any militia, nor found past statements that may seem supportive of such movements. So, there is no evidence, he has explained the tattoo, but that’s not good enough for Ms. Hill. A smart azz would ask why is she a “former” ESPN employee, but I think I know. As to why Kaeperdick is unemployed, it ain’t rocket science, it’s because he’s not good enough.
Sad good-bye: I make no secret of my love for country music, so it is with great sadness I learned of the passing of Harold Reid,80, of the “Statler Brothers”. Harold and his brother Don were the only actual brothers and the name came from a box of “Statler Tissue”. The group often sang back-up for Johnny Cash. I listen to their music fairly often, his talent and his voice will be missed.]
Something wrong: Locally they’re talking about reopening the golf courses. They want to open gold courses before the bar’s? What the heck is wrong with you people. I don’t play golf, neither does anybody I know, but we all drink. I know, I know, I can hear you saying, but “what about the sick people going to the bar?” To get in a “bar”, you have to be an “adult”. To be an adult you have to take responsibility for your actions. So, if you’re an adult and you aren’t well, DON’T GO TO THE BAR!! IT AIN’T ROCKET SURGERY. I’m okay with them opening the flower shops. I ask that when they do open, let’s not make every bar like a TSA check point. Social distancing, depends on how “social” you want to get.
